- When I received the offer to work for Europa, I obtained some strong assets. The existing results and the strength of new shareholders are a good base for further growth. The Polish insurance market is heading towards changes, mainly concerning saving policies and the bancassurance sector, which are the specialty field of Europa - said Marat Nevretdinov.

- The market is waiting for changes and the changes will come. We are standing before three main challenges: upholding and targeted improvement of results, adapting the business model to new legal requirements and introducing Europa to markets that are new to this company - Andrzej Popielski explains. - To use a figure of speech, meeting them is like making a pole vault to the height of 6.15 m. We have a good backup - the shareholders provide us with a pole, while our teams and we have been through a couple of good sporting seasons. Knowing our numbers, I believe that even if we don't set the world record, we will set at least the record of Europe.
