Europa Group ranked high in business rankings
The Europa Group was ranked as No. 41 on the prestigious list of 100 Largest Financial Institutions published by the Polityka weekly in May 2011. The value of assets in 2010 was the main evaluation criterion. At the same time, the results achieved in 2010 made the company No. 5 among insurance companies.

TU Europa S.A. and Getin Noble Bank SA, following consultations with UniCredit CAIB Poland SA as the Offeror, determined yesterday the final issue price for series H shares and the sale price for the existing shares at PLN 152 per share.
