Europa Non-life wins the "Friendly Insurance Company of 2014" competition more Europa Non-life took first place in the Friendly Insurance Company competition 2014 organised by "Gazeta Bankowa" magazine. The main criterion for the ranking assessment focused on the execution of strategy for the highest customer service quality during the insurance coverage period, as well as during liquidation of damages and indemnification.
The competition created by "Gazeta Bankowa" focuses on the period of the second half of 2013 and the first half of 2014. The winner is chosen on the basis of data provided by participating insurers and information obtained from the Insurance Ombudsman, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and the Office for Consumer and Competition Protection. The following are taken into account: number of complaints to the Ombudsman in relation to the volume of company sales, average waiting period for the insurance pay out to be made, time required to establish a phone connection with the advisor and receiver in order to handle the report or claim.
The Highest Quality QI prize for "Good Start for a Junior" more The insurance "Good start for a Junior", offered by Europa Life Insurance, was awarded the Highest Quality accolade in the Quality International 2014 prize. This is a unique financial solution to secure a child's future in the form of endowment insurance with Capital Fund Insurance, offered by the Xelion chain of Financial Advisors.
The Highest Quality - Quality International initiative recognises those companies which showcase the best standards guaranteeing the highest level of products to customers. It is organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the Ministry of Economy, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Developement, and the Polish ISO 9000 Forum.
Appreciated for their merits in the insurance industry more Magdalena Dominiak, Marat Nevretdinov and Andrzej Popielski were distinguished with the medal "For merits in the insurance industry", awarded by the Polish Insurance Association. This is a symbol of particular recognition of their work and professional achievements. The distinction has been awarded for the last 18 years to persons and institutions who by their dedication contribute to the growth of the Polish insurance market.
Europa Non-life unchangingly dynamic more Europa Non-life is continuing its winning streak in the ranking of the "Most Dynamic Insurance Companies" by Gazeta Finansowa. Noting an almost twofold increase in sales, it became once again the leader of the ranking, which presents the dynamics of insurance companies in 2013. In previous rankings, which covered Q3 of 2013 and the first half-year of 2013, Europa Non-life also ranked first.
The largest companies according to Rzeczpospolita more The Europa Group ranked 8th among Wrocław-based companies presented in the "List 500 - the largest companies" ranking by the newspaper Rzeczpospolita. In the global ranking it was on the 134th position. This list presents the largest companies from various sectors which operate on the Polish market. The amount of revenues from sales in 2013 was the key figure to build the ranking.
Dynamically at the top more Europa Life ranked 3rd in terms of revenue dynamics in the "100 Financial Institutions” ranking. The list, based on 2013 figures, was prepared by Gazeta Bankowa. The life company doubled the gross written premium last year as compared to the year before, which gave it a place among the top companies on the market.
In terms of sales, Europa Life ranked 20th. The classification includes the largest companies from the financial sector: banks, insurance companies, financial intermediaries, brokerage houses, leasing companies, investment fund companies/pension fund companies.
Europa Group – Good Employer more Europa received the title of Good Employer 2013 as part of the Social Responsibility Leaders program. The criteria of the selection made by an independent program jury covered the policy of the company as an employer, and in particular, the proper shape of relations with employees and creation of an attractive working environment as well as having a "fair play" attitude towards all stakeholders of the company. Also, the level of a company’s involvement in charity activities was assessed, as well as other positive aspects of the company's activities, for instance pro-consumer activities.
The program is implemented by Forum Biznesu editors under the patronage of the Polish Academy of Sciences. It aims to popularize the principles of corporate responsibility and to identify experts in this area.
Both classifications, based on revenues of the companies in Q3 2013, were prepared and published by Gazeta Finansowa on February 14, 2014. The global ranking includes 50 financial institutions and identifies leaders in each of the following sectors: insurance companies, investment fund companies, banks, brokerage houses, leasing companies and pension funds. Europa Non-life won in both rankings by achieving a 108 percent increase in revenues.
